About This Role:

The Contracts Analyst reports to the deal desk manager in India and is an integral part of the deal desk team and the finance department. This role needs a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and service-focused individual who works well in a team. The successful candidate will handle several areas of the contract administration process, including order approval, deal negotiation, sales enablement, e-signature support, and document retention, as set forth below. This is a Finance and Deal Desk Operations role. Legal qualifications or legal contract drafting experience are not required.

Job Description:

• Execute order approval within Salesforce for all deals; collaborate with sales reps and sales management when needed.
• Ensure compliance of client contracts with internal business, finance, and sales policies.
• Answer questions and requests and resolve issues from sales representatives and internal constituents about our order approval process, negotiation of terms and conditions on client paperwork, and contracts-related policies and procedures.
• Identify and develop process/system improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness of your role.
• Identify, gather, analyze, and report on key contract metrics.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and audits as requested.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other related field.
• Finance/contracts and/or sales experience.
• Keen attention to detail, ability to work under continuous deadlines, and a strong service focus.
• Good interpersonal skills; the ability to build relationships and interact with all levels across a multicultural, global organization.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills and the proven ability to own the role in a team environment.
