Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Contract Management professional within our Legal and Commercial Services. You will support contract management across projects and accounts, aligning with client priorities and corporate policies.

You will help identify risks, assist with deal shaping, and draft contractual outcomes with sales and delivery teams, while building trusted relationships with client counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Support contract management teams across projects and accounts; understand and support client needs and priorities; align account strategy and objectives.
• Collaborate with contract management staff across multiple projects, accounts, and geographies.
• Identify, escalate and resolve commercial and contract risks with CM and project leadership to ensure best outcomes for all parties.
• Assist pre-award sales activities; engage with delivery teams on potential deal shaping and contractual outcomes with sales teams.
• Build trust and maintain client-facing relationships as part of the contract management function.
