Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of proven experience in content writing, copywriting, or content marketing.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with adaptable tone for diverse audiences.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (Sprout Social, Buffer, Hootsuite).

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread blogs, website copy, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, ad copies, social posts, scripts, and video storyboards.
• Content Strategy: Assist in developing content strategies aligned with marketing campaigns and brand voice.
• SEO & Optimization: Research keywords and apply SEO best practices for organic visibility.
• Collaboration: Work with design, marketing, product, and sales to ensure consistent messaging.
• Content Distribution: Publish and distribute across website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, email campaigns.
• Innovation: Experiment with formats like podcasts, video shorts, AI-driven content frameworks.
• Mentorship: Guide junior writers and interns on quality and growth.
• Proficiency in writing service pages aligned with FIGMA designs and layouts.
• Ability to write high-quality, human-scored content regularly.

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic Content Writer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will not only have exceptional writing skills but also a strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, and storytelling across digital platforms. You will play a key role in producing engaging, value-driven content that resonates with target audiences, strengthens brand presence, and drives measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Innovation: Experiment with emerging formats such as podcasts, video shorts, interactive content, and AI-driven content frameworks.
• Mentorship: Guide junior writers and interns, ensuring quality, consistency, and professional growth.
• Proficiency in writing service pages aligned with FIGMA designs and layouts
• Ability to write high-quality, human-scored content on a regular basis.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ Years of proven experience in content writing, copywriting, or content marketing.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (Sprout Social, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar).
• Strong project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Bonus: Experience with video scriptwriting, podcast content, or AI-based writing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.).
