About the internship

This is a work-from-office internship based in Kandivali East, Mumbai. Apply only if you can commute on a daily basis and are available to join immediately. Candidates looking for remote/hybrid opportunities should not apply.

Responsibilities

1. Create engaging captions, social media posts, reel scripts, blogs, website content, and marketing copy across the company's portfolio of brands.
2. Develop creative content ideas, compelling hooks, and relevant concepts aligned with current trends, brand identities, and audience interests.
3. Assist with social media content planning, scheduling, publishing, and audience engagement across multiple brand accounts.
4. Research industry trends, competitors, keywords, and relevant topics to inform content creation and strengthen social media strategies.
5. Support social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand-building initiatives across the company's diverse businesses.
6. Monitor basic social media metrics, engagement levels, and audience growth to evaluate content performance.
7. Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent, timely, and effective content execution across brands.
8. Contribute to content shoots, brainstorming sessions, and creative initiatives that strengthen brand storytelling and visibility.

Additional information

Stipend Structure:

• Fixed pay: ₹ 10,000 - 20,000 /month
• Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 10,000 /month

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 400000 to 600000/year
