Key Responsibilities

• Research and write high-quality content tailored to our IT services, software products, and technology solutions.
• Create blog posts, website copy, case studies, email campaigns, and social media content.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketers to ensure content is accurate and aligns with brand voice.
• Write SEO‑optimized content following best practices, targeting relevant keywords.
• Understand technical concepts like Software development, software technologies, APIs, DevOps, ERP, SaaS, mobile apps, AI/ML, etc., and explain them to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure timely content delivery.
