Job summary

Unicon Connectors is seeking a Content Writer to craft high-impact content that showcases IT services, supports marketing efforts, and positions the company as a thought leader in tech. You will translate complex IT concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.

You will research, write and edit website pages, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, emails and social posts, while collaborating with SMEs and the marketing/design teams to ensure brand-aligned messaging and SEO-driven visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• 0.5–1 year of content writing experience.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise content for IT services, websites, blogs, case studies and whitepapers.
• Create email campaigns and newsletters to support marketing efforts.
• Develop social media content for LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit and other platforms.
• Collaborate with SMEs, marketing and design teams to align with brand voice.
• Apply SEO best practices and keyword research to improve content visibility.
• Maintain content calendars and manage timely delivery of materials.
• Produce product brochures and sales enablement materials as needed.
• Stay updated on IT trends and industry challenges to inform content.

As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for crafting high-impact written content that highlights our IT services, supports our marketing efforts, and positions us as a thought leader in the tech space. You will translate complex IT concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand content for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research & Writing: Create clear, concise, and compelling content for:
• - Website pages (services, solutions, about us, etc.)
• - Technical blog posts and thought leadership articles
• - Case studies and whitepapers
• - Email campaigns and newsletters
• - Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit, Google Ads)
• - Product brochures and sales enablement materials
• Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), the marketing team, and the design team to develop content aligned with our brand voice and messaging.
• SEO & Optimization: Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to optimize content for visibility and engagement.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on current trends in IT, emerging technologies, and sector-specific challenges.
• Project Management: Maintain and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream.

Experience: 6 months to 1yr years of relevant content writing experience.
