Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic Content Writer & Brand Storyteller who can go beyond words and help shape our narrative to the world. This role is not only about writing blogs and posts but about positioning Kevit.io and its group companies as thought leaders in conversational AI, automation, and next-gen customer experience.

You will be the voice that communicates our vision, values, and strategy across platforms — from LinkedIn thought leadership, PR articles, website copy, and product messaging to internal storytelling for stakeholders, partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Storytelling & Positioning
• Translate the CEO’s vision and company strategy into compelling narratives.
• Content Creation & Management
• Write and manage blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and website copy.
• Craft high-quality social media content (especially LinkedIn) to build leadership brand.
• Build PR-ready content for media outreach and industry publications.
• Create thought leadership content around WhatsApp, AI, CPaaS, and Agentic AI.
• Campaign & Product Content
• Support product launches with impactful messaging and landing page content.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, customer stories).
• Internal Communication
• Build clear, polished communication for employees, customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Support CEO in crafting keynote speeches, annual reports, and vision documents.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content writing, storytelling, or brand communication (tech/SaaS preferred).
• Strong ability to translate complex product/technical topics into simple, engaging content.
• Excellent command over English; ability to write in multiple tones (professional, thought leadership, product-focused).
• Experience with social media management, blogs, and PR writing.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset — not just writing, but helping shape narratives.
• Knowledge of AI, SaaS, CPaaS, or tech domains is a strong plus.
