Duties and Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, engaging, and research-backed content for a B2B SaaS audience.
• Write both long-form and short-form content including blogs, landing pages, case studies, eBooks, emails, newsletters, social media copy, and website content.
• Develop SEO-optimized content based on keyword research and defined content strategies.
• Understand product capabilities, industry trends, and customer pain points to build compelling and authoritative narratives.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to plan and execute content calendars.
• Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and writing style across all content.
• Conduct research on PSA, PPM, project management practices, SaaS trends, and competitor content to produce insightful material.
