Overview

We are looking for a strategic content writer who can do much more than write fluff. We want someone who understands how businesses think, and can write content that educates, builds trust, and drives conversions.

This isn’t a role for churning out blogs. It’s for someone who can write to influence business decisions—whether through landing pages, email pitches, or sales enablement decks.

You’ll work closely with our founder, sales and marketing teams to craft content that communicates value, solves customer pain points, and supports our mission of helping businesses grow with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write compelling content across a variety of formats including landing pages, email marketing campaigns, LinkedIn posts & DMs, WhatsApp outreach content, brochures, case studies, sales presentations, website copy and service pages, and short blogs or growth playbooks.
  • Understand and write for different business segments (Startups, SMEs, Large Enterprises) with appropriate tone, depth, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with sales, strategy, and design teams to ensure content drives action.
  • Create content that positions us as a trusted growth partner, not just a service provider.
  • Help shape offers and write content that can convert cold leads into warm conversations.
  • Build educational and storytelling-led content that resonates with decision-makers (CEO, COO, VP Sales/Marketing).
  • Simplify technical or complex offerings into clear and relatable narratives.
What We’re Looking For
  • A writer who thinks like a marketer and strategist.
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas and write in a conversational tone that’s still professional.
  • Strong storytelling skills that build trust while highlighting value.
  • Understanding of B2B buyer psychology and the importance of ROI in decision making.
  • Capable of switching tones for different business types and stages—from a 3 Cr SME to a 300 Cr enterprise.
  • Comfort working with feedback, iterations, and collaborative brainstorming.
