Job summary

XLR8 AI in India is seeking a Content Writer to convert briefs into publish-ready content. You will produce human-written pieces, with no AI tools, following specified sections and sources.

Expect to deliver approximately 30 content pieces per week across various domains such as E‑Commerce, SaaS, Dev Tools, and consumer apps. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience, and exceptional English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in English or related field preferred.
• ICSE Board in High School.
• Technical understanding of CS; able to explain and write about a technical company/product.
• 2+ years of experience in content writing.
• Strong English, vocabulary and writing quality; ability to write quickly without AI.
• Excellent research ability to understand client domains across E‑Commerce, SaaS, Dev Tools, Travel & Hospitality, and Consumer Apps.
• Strong communication with the team.

Responsibilities

• Turn content briefs into finished, publish-ready pieces written by you, no AI tools used.
• Adhere to briefs specifying sections, sources, and required information; produce ~30 content pieces per week.
• Collaborate with team to ensure tone, accuracy and client alignment.

The Role

Content is a core part of how we deliver results for our clients. As a Content Writer, you will turn our content briefs into finished, publish-ready pieces.

• You will receive content briefs from the XLR8 AI team specifying exactly what each piece needs: sections, sources to cite, and information to include.
• Your job is to fill each brief with human-written content. This is key: all content must be written by you, with no AI tools used at any stage.
• Expected output is 30 content pieces per week.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree required. A Master's in English or a related field is preferred.
• Education: ICSE Board in High School
• Technical - Understands computer science; can explain and write about a technical company/product
• 2+ years of experience
• Strong ability to research and understand a client's domain and industry. To write about a business, you need to know its market inside and out. Industries include E-Commerce, SaaS, Dev Tools, Travel & Hospitality, and Consumer Apps.
• Extremely strong English and vocabulary. Your writing should read exceptionally well.
• Ability to write quickly while maintaining extremely high quality. No AI usage whatsoever.
• Strong communication skills with our team.
