Job summary

360Labs is seeking a skilled writer to own our voice across LinkedIn, X and other social channels. You will plan, write, and publish posts about our AI work and research, and launch a blog that translates complex projects into engaging stories readers want to follow.

You will interview team members, mine internal updates, and keep on top of AI news to provide timely, thoughtful commentary. This role offers autonomy within a small, remote team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience creating content for brands with published work on LinkedIn, X or blogs.
• Flawless grammar and an ear for polished writing; know when to cut.
• Responsible, proactive and able to deliver on time without supervision.
• AI-native writer; uses AI tools daily and discerns quality output from filler.
• Curious about technology; seeks to understand engineers' work and explain its significance.
• Enjoys autonomy in a small, fast-moving remote team and asks questions when context is needed.

Responsibilities

• Write and publish regular posts about our work, research, products, and AI trends on LinkedIn and X.

360Labs is among Asia's fastest growing AI companies. We routinely do interesting work for large clients, and we want more people to hear about it. We're looking for a writer to own our voice across LinkedIn, X and other social channels.

What You'll Do

• LinkedIn and X. Write and publish regular posts about our work, our research, the products we ship and where AI is heading. Every post should sound like 360Labs: clear, confident and understated.
• Our blog. Launch it and own it. Plan topics, write long-form pieces, and work with our engineers to turn technical projects into stories that clients and future hires actually want to read.
• Find the stories. Interview team members, sit in on project updates, and turn their experiments, launches and opinions into content. Most of our best material is hiding in Slack threads; your job is to find it.
• Stay on top of the news. Spot timely AI and tech developments and quickly suggest how we should respond, comment or contribute.
• Own the calendar. Plan and maintain a publishing schedule, and hit every date without being chased.
• Work AI-native. Use AI tools to research, outline, edit and repurpose content faster, while making sure every published piece reads like it was written by a thoughtful human.

About You

• You are a writer with 2+ years of experience creating content for brands, with a portfolio of published work on LinkedIn, X or blogs that you're proud of.
• You have flawless grammar and an ear for subtle, polished writing. You know when a sentence is doing too much and when to cut it.
• You are responsible and proactive. You bring ideas without being asked, you deliver what you said you would, and you deliver it on time.
• You are AI-native. You use AI tools every day in your writing process, and you can instantly tell good output from generic filler.
• You are curious about technology. You don't need to code, but you want to understand what our engineers are building well enough to explain why it matters.
• You are happy working with autonomy in a small, fast-moving remote team, and confident asking questions when you need more context.

We especially want to hear from you if you have

• Experience writing for a tech, SaaS or AI company, and an instinct for how good tech companies talk about themselves.
• A track record of growing a company's or founder's following on LinkedIn or X.
• Experience writing technical or long-form content, and a basic understanding of SEO for blogs.
