Job summary

AllCloud is seeking a dynamic Content Specialist to own content across social media, web, and internal platforms, while supporting marketing campaigns. This role blends strong writing ability with hands‑on platform proficiency (WordPress, Pardot, internal CMS) and comfort using AI tools to scale content output.

Youll work closely with the US marketing team, so flexibility to overlap with EST hours is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English with strong grammar, tone control, and editing skills.
• Hands-on WordPress publishing and formatting content.
• Experience with AI-assisted writing/tools to support drafting and ideation.
• Working knowledge of Pardot or similar marketing automation.
• Understanding of B2B social best practices and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Write, schedule, and post organic LinkedIn content and maintain a content calendar.
• Draft, format, and publish blog posts, press releases, and case studies in WordPress.
• Upload and organize content in the internal CMS and manage taxonomy.
• Assist with Pardot email campaigns, list segmentation, and landing pages.
• QA campaign assets and track basic performance for reporting.

About the Role

AllCloud is looking for a dynamic Content Specialist to own content execution across social media, web, and internal platforms, while supporting marketing campaigns. This role blends strong writing ability with hands‑on platform proficiency (WordPress, Pardot, internal CMS) and comfort using AI tools to scale content output. Youll work closely with the US marketing team, so flexibility to overlap with EST hours is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media (primarily LinkedIn)

• Write, schedule, and post organic LinkedIn content (company updates, thought leadership, PR promotion)
• Maintain a consistent posting cadence and content calendar
• Monitor engagement and adjust tone/format based on performance

Website & Blog (WordPress)

• Draft, format, and publish blog posts, press releases and case studies in WordPress
• Apply SEO/AEO best practices (metadata, headers, internal linking, alt text)
• Proofread and QA published pages for formatting, links, and readability

Content Management (Internal Portal)

• Upload and organize new content pieces in the internal content management system/portal
• Tag, categorize, and maintain content taxonomy for easy discovery
• Keep the content library current: archiving outdated pieces, updating
• Manage case studies cataloging

Campaign Support (Pardot)

• Assist with setting up email campaigns, list segmentation, and landing pages in Pardot
• Support QA of campaign assets (links, personalization tokens, formatting) before send
• Track basic campaign performance and report findings to the marketing team

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Writing & English proficiency: Excellent written English with strong grammar, tone control, and editing skills; comfortable writing for a US B2B audience
• WordPress: Hands‑on experience publishing and formatting content (blocks/Gutenberg or classic editor)
• Marketing AI tools: Proficiency with AI‑assisted writing/content tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to support drafting, editing, and ideation
• Pardot (or similar marketing automation platform): Working knowledge of campaign setup, email builder, and basic reporting
• LinkedIn/social platforms: Understanding of B2B social best practices and scheduling tools
• Canva: Comfortable creating and editing social graphics, blog visuals, and simple campaign assets in Canva
• Schedule flexibility: Willing to shift hours to overlap meaningfully with US EST for meetings and time‑sensitive campaign work
• Organization: Ability to juggle multiple content streams and deadlines independently
