Job summary

Garg Ventures Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic video content creator for Stock Bazaar, a market data and research platform. The role covers end-to-end production of short-form social videos and long-form explainers to engage Indian retail audiences.

You will plan, script, shoot, edit, and publish content, while tracking performance to refine formats and topics around market events and product launches. Hybrid work in Delhi/NCR is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years creating video content for a brand or creator channel.
• Strong command of short-form social video (Reels, Shorts, etc.).
• Proven ability to produce long-form video end to end.
• Proficient editing in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
• Scriptwriting and storytelling ability.
• Comfortable on camera or able to direct talent.
• Understanding of platform analytics and retention drivers.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.

• Stay on top of trends and adapt to finance content.

• Build a content calendar aligned to market events and launches.

• Collaborate with marketing and product for campaigns and launches.

Stock Bazaar is a market data and research platform for Indian retail investors. You'll create the content that brings the markets to our audience - short-form social video, long-form explainers, and everything in between. If you can take a market move and turn it into something people actually want to watch, this is for you.

Key responsibilities

Social video

• Create short-form video for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn
  
• Write scripts and hooks that hold attention in the first three seconds
  
• Shoot, edit and publish, often on same-day turnaround for market updates
  
• Stay on top of trends, formats and sounds, and adapt them to finance content
  

Long-form video

• Plan and produce long-form videos for YouTube - explainers, market reviews, educational series
  
• Structure narratives that keep viewers watching to the end
  
• Handle the full pipeline: research, script, shoot, edit, thumbnail, title and description
  
• Build and maintain a content calendar aligned to market events and product launches
  
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form cuts
  
• Track performance - views, retention, watch time, engagement - and use it to shape what comes next
  
• Work with the marketing and product teams on campaigns and launches
  

Requirements

• 2-3 years creating video content, ideally for a brand or a creator channel
• Strong command of short-form social video - Reels, Shorts, the formats and what makes them work
• Proven ability to produce long-form video end to end, not just clips
• Editing skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut
• Scriptwriting and storytelling ability
• Comfortable on camera, or able to direct someone who is
• Understanding of platform analytics and what drives retention

Good to have - strongly preferred

• Knowledge of finance or the stock market - this is a significant advantage, and will weigh heavily
• Experience creating content for a fintech, broking or finance brand
• Motion graphics and basic design skills
• Familiarity with AI content tools for scripting, voiceover or editing
• Personal investing or trading experience
