Job summary

hBits is seeking a Content & Social Media Executive in Mumbai to craft compelling content and drive growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and newsletters. You’ll translate complex investing concepts into clear, engaging material and help build a new brand in the investment products space.

You’ll work closely with the founders and leadership to ideate, script, and distribute content, while learning to optimize across channels and formats. Fresh graduates are welcome.

About The Role

We're looking for a Content & Social Media Executive who is excited about content, distribution, and building a brand in a category that is still evolving.

This role sits at the intersection of content creation, social media growth, and investor education. You'll work closely with the founders and leadership team to create content that helps people better understand investing and alternative investment products.

We're looking for someone who enjoys breaking down complex ideas, generating new content angles, and figuring out what works across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.

Whether you're from a creative agency, have built your own social pages, studied engineering, finance, economics, or something completely different, what matters most is your ability to think clearly, write well, learn quickly, and stay curious.

What You'll Work On

• Content Creation & Ideation (Primary Responsibility)
• Write and support creation of:
  • LinkedIn posts
  • Instagram content
  • Blogs and newsletters
  • Video scripts
  • Short marketing copies
• Generate multiple content ideas, hooks, and formats around:
  • Investing
  • Financial markets
  • Industry trends
  • Product and founder narratives
• Turn research, market updates, and internal discussions into clear and engaging content
• Learn how to simplify complex financial concepts without losing accuracy
• Social Media Growth & Distribution (Primary Responsibility)
• Support growth of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other distribution channels
• Understand what drives engagement:
