Job summary

RecurPost is seeking an On-Camera Host & Content Presenter to become a face for the brand. You will create short-form videos for social platforms, present product walkthroughs, and explain features with natural energy and timing.

You will collaborate with the marketing team on topics and scripts, and work with a videographer for shooting and editing. English and Hindi proficiency is essential, with Hinglish proficiency a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable and natural on camera.
• Clear spoken English and fluent Hindi.
• Portfolio with at least 10 published videos as presenter.
• Able to switch between English, Hindi, and Hinglish.
• 1–3 years of on-camera experience.

Responsibilities

• Present around 7–8 short videos per week.

Work Mode: Work From Office – Mandatory

Working Days: Monday–Friday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Experience: 1–3 years

Salary: Up to ₹20k CTC per month, based on experience and skills

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, friendly, and natural On-Camera Host & Content Presenter to become one of the faces of RecurPost. You will create short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook. You will also present product videos, feature explainers, and other content for our website and YouTube channel. Our marketing team will provide the topics and scripts, while our videographer will handle the shooting and editing. Your role is to bring the script to life with a natural speaking style, good energy, clear communication, and great timing. A large part of our content is fun and relatable comedy about social media and agency life. We also create educational content, product explainers, tips, and promotional videos.

What You’ll Do

• Present around 7–8 short videos per week .
• Perform in fun and relatable social media and agency-life skits.
• Present educational videos, product explainers, tips, and trend-based content.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand scripts and make them sound natural.
• Prepare and rehearse scripts before shooting.
• Suggest improvements to hooks or lines when you feel something can sound better.
• Work with the videographer during shooting and be comfortable with multiple takes.
• Create content in English and Hindi/Hinglish for different audiences.
• Present product walkthroughs and feature videos, including introductions, outros, voiceovers, and demos.
• Take part in UGC-style video ads for Meta and YouTube campaigns.
• Learn RecurPost well enough to confidently explain and demonstrate its features.
• Review your videos after editing and share feedback within one working day.
• Occasionally reply to comments where a response from the presenter would be helpful.
• Share content ideas based on audience comments, DMs, and customer conversations.

What We’re Looking For

• Must Have You are comfortable and natural in front of the camera.
• Must Have You enjoy speaking, presenting, and performing on camera.
• Must Have You have good comic timing and can make short skits feel natural and relatable.
• Must Have You can show a portfolio of at least 10 published videos where you were the presenter.
• Must Have You have clear spoken English and fluent Hindi.
• Must Have You can comfortably switch between English, Hindi, and Hinglish.
• Must Have You can deliver a script naturally without sounding like you are simply reading it.
• Must Have You can take feedback positively and make improvements quickly.
• Must Have You are comfortable doing multiple takes when required.
• Must Have You are consistent and comfortable creating content regularly.
• Must Have You have an interest in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Must Have You have around 1–3 years of relevant on-camera experience , such as content creation, presenting, acting, theatre, comedy, or a personal content channel.
• Good to Have Experience working with a SaaS company or marketing agency.
• Good to Have Experience creating content around marketing or social media tools.
• Good to Have Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms such as RecurPost, Buffer, Later, or Metricool.
• Good to Have Ability to record a good-quality video using a phone when needed.
• Good to Have Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut.
• Good to Have Experience with Instagram Lives, webinars, or other live formats.
