Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Content Platform Subject Matter Expert in Chennai with 10–15 years of experience in content management, digital experience or content operations, and at least 5 years in a nominated platform family. The role owns platform depth, feasibility, patterns, estimates, demonstrations and delivery guidance, while collaborating on cross‑platform architecture.

It is not a pure development or sales role.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of overall experience in content management, digital experience or content operations.
• At least 5 years of deep experience in the nominated platform or product family.
• Experience in enterprise implementation, migration or modernisation as an SME, Technical Architect or Technical Lead.
• Strong understanding of content architecture, APIs, integrations, governance, performance and security.
• Experience supporting client workshops, proposals, estimates, demonstrations and technical presentations.

• Working knowledge of one adjacent or competing content platform.

Ideal Candidate

A hands-on content-platform specialist who can connect product capabilities with editorial and business outcomes, provide credible implementation guidance, and contribute reusable offerings without claiming ownership of the overall multi-solution architecture.
