Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Content Moderators to join our International Non-Voice Process in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Content Moderation and be comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in accordance with defined policies and guidelines.
• Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates platform policies.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency while reviewing content.
• Handle sensitive or potentially inappropriate content professionally.
• Maintain required quality, productivity, and accuracy standards.
• Escalate complex or unclear cases to the appropriate teams.
• Stay updated with process guidelines and policy changes.
• Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Content Moderation.
• Experience in International Non-Voice / Content Moderation preferred.
• Any Graduates can apply.
• Good English communication and comprehension skills.
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making ability.
• Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
