Job summary

• Work closely with POCs and SMEs to formulate content relevant for the task scope of the assignment.
• Seeks opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and performance by reviewing knowledge base content and coaching feedback.
• Produce documents that convey strategy, status, scope, timelines, risks, issues, and project dependencies.
• Monitor project performance and timelines, meeting deadlines as necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality of partner content.
• Collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team while also contributing individually to content tasks.

What would you do?

• As a junior content writer, you will collaborate with policy specialists and subject matter experts to compose, edit and produce engaging and innovative content over a designated scope.
• In this fast-paced role, you might be asked to contribute to aspects that include digital content management and strategy, so being a proactive problem solver with knowledge around scaled operations is a plus.
• You will work with a variety of cross functional stakeholders to provide clear, helpful and relevant content for education and help center purposes. Strong writing and editing competencies are clear requirements here, as is a mastery of the English language, as this role will also offer tier two editing for overseas content writers and producers.
