Job summary

Spinny is looking for a Content Marketing Executive to manage and execute content marketing efforts, including blog management, web stories, editing, and social media support for distribution of Spinny content.

The ideal candidate will have strong English, grammar, multitasking ability, and a passion for cars; experience with WordPress and SEO best practices is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in content creation (automotive industry experience preferred but not mandated).

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

As a Content Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing & executing Spinnys content marketing efforts. Youll be responsible for overseeing blog management, executing web stories, blog writing and editing, consultant writer management, and other functions like social media that aid in the distribution of Spinny content. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English language skills and be grammatically sound, agile, and capable of multitasking. A passion for driving cars and creative thinking will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

Blog Management:

• Oversee publication of blog posts by freelancers and ensure that blogs are well-optimised for SEO.
• Publish blog posts independently, adhering to content guidelines, structures and timelines.
• Ensure all elements, such as carousels, are up to date and engaging.
• Incorporate an understanding of SEO keywords and key drivers to improve blog visibility and search engine rankings.

Editing:

• Review and edit content produced by freelance writers, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Provide feedback to writers to improve the overall quality of content.
• Apply SEO best practices to content editing for improved search engine performance.

Online Reputation Management

• Monitor online discussion forums like Reddit, Quora, & Twitter.
• Monitor conversations around cars, maintenance, ownership on discussion forums.
• Engage users on these platforms with insightful comments and advice.

Qualities and Skills Required:

• Strong command over English (verbal & written) to deliver polished and error-free content.
• Excellent grammar and attention to detail to maintain the highest quality of content.
• Agility and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for driving cars and automotive knowledge is preferred but not mandated.
• Creative thinking and a willingness to explore innovative content ideas.
• Familiarity with WordPress and basic content management systems.
• Understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research and implementation.
