We’re looking for a proactive, AI‑savvy Content Manager with a strong technical foundation and a passion for creating high-impact content. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of content strategy, SEO, and technology and who can communicate effectively with both marketing and engineering teams. You will serve as the bridge between our content creation processes and final delivery, optimizing LLM‑powered workflows and ensuring high‑quality outputs. Your work will be essential to improving scalability and content quality across the organization — by leveraging automation tools, tuning workflows and delivering consistently excellent content at scale. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and edit high-quality content tailored to the client’s audience
• Apply an editor’s eye to evaluate content outputs, identifying patterns in LLM performance and adjusting workflows to address quality issues.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with goals
• Optimize existing content and ensure consistency in voice, tone, and structure
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of content experience in writing, editing, or managing content production (portfolio required)
• Familiarity with LLM platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and ability to craft effective prompts for content creation.
• Understanding of content structure, flow, clarity, and voice, especially in marketing or product‑driven environments.
• Understanding of SEO best practices
