Title

Content Business Analyst Manager

Purpose

The full-time Business Analyst (BA) Manager role is opened for the FIFX Pricing iSuite BA Group, and we are seeking highly skilled and motivated candidates to join and be part of our dynamic team. The BA Manager is responsible for leading a high-performing iSuite business analysis function that enables strategic transformation, operational efficiency, and business growth. The team partners with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, analyse complex business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver innovative solutions. The role oversees the BA function and is responsible for stakeholder engagement, solution design support, and the successful delivery of projects and change initiatives. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and senior leadership, the BA Manager drives process optimization, operational excellence, customer‑centric outcomes, and data‑driven decision‑making along with talent development, and the adoption of best practices in FIFX Pricing iSuite space.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Manage a team of Business Analysts by providing advice, coaching and development opportunities.
• Establish best practices, standards, and frameworks for business analysis.
• Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews and support career progression.
• Define KPIs, create and manage dashboards and reporting mechanisms.

Strategy and Execution

• Allocate work, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of workflows.
• Promote the adoption of modern technologies such as Python, data analytics, and AI/ML‑driven solutions within the business analysis function.
• Leverage data analytics to support decision‑making.
• Strategise to and deliver on the required market driven metrics.

Stakeholder and Project Management

• Partner with Data Strategy, Engineering, Product, and other key stakeholders to deliver approved business priorities, content enhancements, and strategic projects.
• Oversee interaction between Business Analysts and various stakeholders that include the development group, business stakeholders, data and service teams and other internal customers for the development and implementation of process solutions.
• Manage project risks and issues, drives mitigation actions and ensure high priority items at risk are escalated to/within business partners for decision making.
• Influence stakeholders and drive alignment on strategic objectives and operational priorities.

Customer Focus

• Be the point of contact for service issues and escalations.
• Champion a customer‑centric culture with a focus on delivering high‑quality data, services, and support.
• Lead and contribute to client‑focused initiatives, including effective management of escalations and client critical workflows.
• Ensure customer feedback is incorporated into operational and prioritization processes.

Essential Skills, Competencies & Experience Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
• Ability to lead business transformation, drive innovation, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and support governance and risk management practices.
• Budgeting & Resource Management experience.
• Significant Technical Business Analysis processes and methodologies experience.
• Ability to work effectively across functions, cultures, and geographies, with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Knowledge of financial markets, Fixed Income Pricing, and LSEG platforms and products is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of data analysis concepts and tools, including Python, SQL and Visualization tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data ecosystems.
• Basic understanding and experience in tools such as iSuite; along with understanding of EVAI ; VDI ; and SPARROW.
• Basic understanding and experience in VBA and basic programming languages.
• Basic understanding and experience in using JIRA and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of handling change and change tickets.
