You will handle client feedback, translate spreadsheets into actionable items, and keep project status updated to ensure timely, high-quality outputs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Working knowledge of Jira.
• Strong understanding of CMS platforms.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time.
• Basic Photoshop skills for image resizing.

Brandtech+ is looking for a Web Content Manager, integral to helping deliver content to website, email, and push content in multiple languages for Brandtech+'s largest fashion client. Requires proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager and related platforms to plan, upload, and manage content, handle client feedback, digest spreadsheets into actionable items, and keep track of project status.

Responsibilities

• Be a team player to deliver across a range of deliverables from email marketing to website content.
• Strive to follow and implement the best practice production process within Oliver.
• Plan and schedule your projects efficiently.
• Communicate project status to your Project Manager and Development lead according to agreed account process.
• Adhere to timelines and deadlines set out.
• Be able to verify the qualitative and quantitative input and output of a project against the project objectives.
• Clear communication, building trust between both internal teams and the client.
• Identify, manage and mitigate against project risks.
• Ensure administration tasks are maintained to the same high standard as the rest of your work.
• Perform QC and be a brand advocate for the business to ensure the highest quality of the delivery.
• Image cropping and resizing, ensuring correct image dimensions for use in website, emails and push.
