Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking a SharePoint Specialist to manage SharePoint Online across modern site architectures and migrations. The role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and strong documentation skills.

The candidate will work independently in a virtual team, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure site structures, proper permissions, and efficient use of lists, libraries, and metadata.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on SharePoint Online experience including Modern site architecture
• Proven experience in SharePoint migration
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SharePoint
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 collaboration capabilities
• Experience with SharePoint site structure, permissions, lists, libraries, metadata, and search
• Experience identifying and remediating legacy customizations, workflows, and web parts
• Strong documentation skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a virtual team

Role & responsibilities

Qualifications Required:

• 3+ years of hands-on SharePoint Online experience, including SharePoint Modern site architecture
• Proven experience in SharePoint migration
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SharePoint etc.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 collaboration capabilities
• Experience with SharePoint site structure, permissions, lists, libraries, metadata, and search
• Experience identifying and remediating legacy customizations, workflows, and web parts
• Strong documentation skills
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, with an interest in innovative and creative thinking
• Self-directed, comfortable working independently and without daily supervision
• Ability to productively manage and work within a virtual team
• Teaming and inter-team collaboration skills.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint; Knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage
• Be able to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate
