Broklet is seeking a talented Content Writer to craft clean, compelling property descriptions for listings and marketing pages. You will convert raw data from photos, amenities, and owner notes into accurate, well-structured content that drives trust and conversions.

You will collaborate with product and marketing teams to maintain Broklet's brand voice across listings, banners, and UI copy, while helping improve SEO and readability for all platforms.

• Write clean, attractive property descriptions.

• Edit and improve low-quality or outdated listings.
• Write page content like About Us, How it Works, Why Choose Us.
• Create content for banners, tooltips, feature cards, and UI texts.
• Help define Broklet’s brand voice and communication style.
• Work with product/design to improve copy on the platform.

• Write clean, attractive, and accurate property descriptions
• Convert raw data (photos, amenities, owner notes) into well-written listings
• Ensure consistency in tone, structure, and accuracy across all listings
• Highlight key features clearly (amenities, pricing, distance, USP)
• Edit and improve low-quality or outdated listings
• Write page content like “About Us,” “How it Works,” “Why Choose Us,” etc.
• Create content for banners, tooltips, feature cards, and UI texts
• Help define Broklet’s brand voice and communication style
• Work with product/design team to improve text on the platform

3. Marketing & Social Content

• Write captions for social media posts, reels, and campaigns
• Develop creative ideas for content themes and marketing messages
• Write ad copy for Meta and Google Ads
• Support marketing team during campaigns and promotions
• Research keywords and topics based on user search trends
• Write SEO-optimized blogs related to PG/Flats/Real Estate
• Improve organic visibility through high-quality content creation

5. Quality Improvement

• Check listings for grammar, clarity, and correctness
• Rewrite poorly written content from sales/onboarding team
• Maintain accuracy, readability, and trust across all content
• Suggest content improvements to increase conversion rates

6. Coordination

• Work with the onboarding team to finalize property details
• Coordinate with QC team for corrections on listings
• Support marketing and product teams with copy requirements
• Maintain a clean content database for future reference

Requirements

• Strong writing skills with clear, simple, and engaging style
• Ability to understand and rewrite property details effectively
• Good grammar, spelling, and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword usage
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CMS, and listing dashboards
• Creative thinking and ability to write for different formats
• Fresher-friendly (portfolio or writing samples preferred)
