• Create BAU push notifications for CRM communications.

Objective

To support the content team in creating high-quality content for CRM channels on Tata CLiQ Fashion.

Deliverables

• Writing CRM Copy
• Writing BAU Push Notifications for CRM
• Writing copy for E-mailers, WhatsApps, SMSes, and other CRM Channels
• Collecting and putting together CRM data reports regularly

Measure of Success

• Quality of CRM Copy
• Number of CRM Campaigns
• Regular Data Analysis
