Job summary

Tophat HR is seeking a Content Executive for our client, a leading B2B technology firm. You will craft content across social media, blogs, and campaigns, while supporting brand and content strategy. Use AI tools responsibly to assist ideation and production.

You’ll work from home with shift timings 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain brand voice and create compelling hooks, captions, and storytelling concepts for various platforms.

About Our Client

Our client is a leading B2B technology company revolutionizing offline communication through an API-first platform for automated direct mail and address verification. They are looking for a talented Content Executive to join their growing marketing team.

As a Content Executive, you’ll create compelling content across social media, blogs, websites, and marketing collaterals while supporting brand and content strategy. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and use AI tools to create impactful, audience-focused content.

Work Mode: Work From Home

Shift Timings: 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

What You’ll Do

• Research and develop content ideas aligned with business objectives, target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Create engaging content for multiple formats and channels, including:
• Social media posts
• LinkedIn content
• Instagram captions and creatives
• Reels and short-form video concepts
• Blogs and articles
• Website content
• Email campaigns
• Campaign communication
• Marketing collateral
• Create compelling hooks, headlines, captions, scripts, and storytelling concepts for social media and digital campaigns.
• Develop platform-specific content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, and other relevant social platforms.
• Plan and maintain monthly and campaign-based social media and content calendars.
• Identify trending topics, formats, conversations, and content opportunities relevant to the brand.
• Understand social media trends and recommend new formats, themes, and creative concepts to improve engagement.
• Work closely with designers and video teams to develop social media creatives, carousels, infographics, reels, and video content.
• Create clear content briefs for designers, video creators, and other creative team members.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, messaging, and communication across all content.
• Conduct competitor and industry research to identify content gaps and emerging opportunities.
• Apply basic SEO principles and keyword research while creating a website and long-form content.
• Use Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms to support content creation workflows.
• Apply strong human judgement while using AI-generated inputs to ensure content remains relevant, accurate, original, and aligned with the brand.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in content creation and other relevant areas.
• Strong writing, storytelling, branding, and social media skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
• Ability to use AI effectively for research, ideation, and content creation.
• Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and search intent.
• Strong research and competitor-analysis skills.
• Ability to understand brand guidelines and translate them into engaging content.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content requirements and deadlines.

Nice to Have: Experience working with a SaaS or technology company.
