Key Responsibilities

• Edit and proofread website content, blogs, landing pages, articles, and marketing materials.
• Review content for grammar, spelling, sentence structure, readability, tone, and consistency.
• Improve existing content while maintaining the intended message and brand voice.
• Work with writers to provide constructive feedback and improve content quality.
• Ensure content follows SEO best practices, including keyword placement, headings, readability, and internal linking.
• Research and understand IT, technology, software, WordPress, SaaS, and digital marketing topics.
• Fact-check content and ensure information is accurate and relevant.
• Review AI-generated content and refine it to make it natural, accurate, engaging, and human-readable.
• Maintain consistency in terminology, formatting, and brand guidelines across different content pieces.
• Coordinate with SEO and Digital Marketing teams to optimize content for search engines.
• Proofread content before final publishing.
