Ameriprise India LLP is seeking a Sr Comm Delivery Specialist to publish and maintain content on internal portals and portals like AdvisorCompass and Inside. You will design engaging pages and executive communications to internal audiences.

This role requires HTML/CSS/JavaScript and CSS/Adobe tools, ensuring best-in-class user experiences. You will collaborate with Communications and Technology teams, manage intranet systems, and push CEO messages via Poppulo.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of web development and/or web content management experience.
• Interactive design and development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Adobe Creative Suite).
• Solid understanding of user experience/usability best practices.

Responsibilities

• Publish complex content on internal portals using the content management system (Liferay) and front-end skills.

Job Description

As a member of the Experience & Delivery team, the Sr Comm Delivery Specialist is responsible for publishing and maintenance of content on the Ameriprise Financial advisor and employee portals.

Using an enterprise view design engaging graphic and interactive elements for intranet portals.

Create custom treatments, sections and pages to portals while evolving the experience for the end user.

Execution of e-mail based communications to our internal audiences providing answers and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Publish complex content provided by the Communications team or business partners on the internal portals, AdvisorCompass and Inside using the content management system (Liferay) and advanced HTML and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) front end development skills and Java Script.
• Manage complex content and projects and maintain the Ameriprise intranet systems (Advisor Compass, Inside and FI Connect) and determine root cause(s) of system issues partner with internal Technology team when needed.
• Publish and distribute messages from the CEO and the ELT that go to a wide range of audiences based upon Meta Data from users using the platform Poppulo.
• Prepare content and conduct question and answer on e-mail communications and e-newsletters.
• Apply oversight and ensure that the portals are managed in alignment with defined experience standards.
• Provide recommendations to business partners on the best approach for the presentation of their content and their project that maintains industry standards.

Required Qualifications

• 2-6 years of web development and/or web content management experience.
• Interactive design and development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Adobe Creative Suite).
• Solid understanding of user experience/usability best practices.
• Strong management and organizational skills.
• Ability to rapidly master and adapt to new online systems and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Liferay or other web content management systems.
• Prior experience with Poppulo or other email platform.
• Prior experience with Brightcove or other video hosting platforms.
• Understanding of the financial services industry would be an added advantage.
