Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
• Shoot and edit property walkthrough videos, project highlights, site visit videos, and promotional reels.
• Develop creative content ideas for residential, commercial, luxury, and investment-focused real estate projects.
• Create short-form videos, reels, stories, and posts to increase audience engagement.
• Manage daily social media activities, including posting, scheduling, and monitoring content performance.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to create project-specific promotional content.
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and content copies for social media campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content formats, and industry developments.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely content delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Content Creator, preferably in Real Estate.
• Basic knowledge of video shooting, editing, and content production.
• Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, InShot, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Videos, and LinkedIn content.
• Knowledge of social media management and content scheduling.
• Good photography and videography skills.
