Dodo Payments is seeking a Content & Community Writer to transform company activities into compelling, readable content. This role sits within the Community team and requires someone who can proactively find stories, not just write from briefs.

You will collaborate with community, partnerships, events, and internal teams to capture stories, conversations, insights, and moments for LinkedIn, X, scripts, campaigns, and other brand channels.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of content experience (internships, freelance, or full-time).
• Excellent writing for LinkedIn and X, and for short-form scripts.
• Experience managing or creating content for LinkedIn and X accounts.
• Ability to interview people and turn conversations into compelling content.
• Able to coordinate with different people to gather information and move content forward.
• Good sense for hooks, stories, and social posts without overly marketing tone.

• Own content for Dodo Payments’ LinkedIn and X brand pages.
• Create content around community initiatives, events, partnerships, launches, and other activities.
• Conduct interviews and gather insights for posts, scripts, videos, event recaps, and other formats.
• Write short-form social content, scripts, event communications, announcements, and community-led content.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to collect quotes, stories, and context.
• Build a consistent content pipeline beyond one-off ideas.

• Own content for Dodo Payments’ LinkedIn and X brand pages.
• Create content around community initiatives, events, partnerships, launches, and other activities.
• Conduct interviews and gather insights that can be repurposed into posts, scripts, videos, event recaps, and other formats.
• Write short-form social content, scripts, event communication, announcements, and community-led content.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to collect the right information, quotes, stories, and context.
• Build a consistent pipeline of content instead of relying only on one-off ideas.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• At least 1 year of experience through internships, freelance work, or a full-time content role.
• Strong writing skills, especially for LinkedIn, X, social content, and short-form scripts.
• Some hands-on experience managing or creating content for LinkedIn and X accounts.
• Ability to interview people, ask good questions, and turn conversations into compelling content.
• Comfortable coordinating with different people to gather information and get content moving.
• Strong sense of what makes a good hook, story, or social post without making everything sound like marketing.
• Comfortable using AI for research, brainstorming, editing, and improving workflows, but able to think and write independently without depending on AI for the final output.
