Job description

Content & Communications Specialist

As Content & Communications Specialist at Stegra, you will spearhead the production of content that helps shape the story of the company, ranging from its purpose and vision to the progress in daily operations and profiling the people who make up the broader Stegra team. You will also support the broader communications team with different assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Content production

• Craft engaging and relevant content for short, mid and longer term, including text, photo, film and graphics, tailored for web and social media and aligned with the company’s strategy and brand objectives.
• Develop creative concepts affirming Stegra’s perception as a modern industrial player and a green‑tech company.
• With the Web and social media editor, analyze the performance of content across channels and adapt production plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with agencies to create specific content packages and document the construction and operations of the plant in Boden.
• Support the production of externally developed content by partners or media visitors.
• Produce or edit content based on internal communications needs.

Communications assignments

• Work with projects, events and partnerships for various assignments in the communications function, both internal and external.
• Plan and coordinate conference speaker participation for Stegra, prioritizing requests and following up with speakers.
• Project‑manage communications events such as inaugurations, partnership events and company participation at externally organized brand‑building events.
• Develop, plan and coordinate activation and events related to strategic brand partnerships together with the Group Brand Lead.
• Provide active support to team colleagues working in public and media relations, internal communications and brand.

What You Bring

• Ability to move between strategy, tactics and operational mode with ease.
• 5–10 years proven experience in communications, focusing on content creation and editorial production.
• Experience in fast‑paced, changing environments; previous experience in industrial or sustainability sectors is beneficial.
• Collaboration, teamwork and project‑leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of digital communication and a digital‑first working environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and verbal.
• Passion for creative content creation and a personal drive to build something new.
