  • Collaborate with operators, technicians, and other departments to improve equipment performance and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in inspections, fault finding, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Install, inspect, and replace electrical components when needed.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
  • Follow established maintenance routines, safety procedures, and company standards.
What you’ll bring
  • Experience working as an electrician in industrial, manufacturing, or heavy industry environments.
  • Practical knowledge of electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work.
  • Experience working with industrial automation, motors, drives, or control systems is considered an advantage.
  • Relevant vocational education within electrical systems, industrial electricity, or a related technical field — or equivalent practical experience.
  • Good understanding of workplace safety standards and safe electrical maintenance practices.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work shifts when required.
  • Good knowledge of English; Swedish is a plus.

  • A permanent position in one of Sweden’s most exciting industrial projects.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package aligned with collective agreements.
  • 25 days of annual leave in accordance with Swedish labor standards.
  • Relocation support, including housing assistance and travel support where applicable.
  • Visa sponsorship support where applicable.

About Stegra

Stegra is on a mission to transform the global steel industry through green hydrogen, iron, and steel production — with the ambition to eliminate CO₂ emissions. By replacing coal with green hydrogen and fossil‑free electricity, our primary emissions will be water and heat instead of carbon dioxide.
