Job description

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and update job descriptions
2. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
3. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
5. Interview candidates (via phone and video)
6. Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
7. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
8. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
9. Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
10. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
11. Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as an HR IT Recruiter or similar role
2. Experience with sourcing techniques
3. Solid verbal communication skills
4. Sound judgement
