Job summary

Medico Hub in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, seeks a Consultant Vitreo-Retina Surgeon – Part Time / Visiting. Morning or Evening slots with flexible OPD and surgery schedules.

You will conduct retina OPD consultations, diagnose and manage retinal disorders, and perform vitreo-retinal surgeries (PPV/RD). Includes intravitreal injections, laser treatments, OCT/FFA interpretation, and thorough pre-/post‑operative care.

Qualifications

• MS / DNB Ophthalmology with Fellowship in Vitreo‑Retina Surgery (mandatory).
• 1–5 years surgical retina experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OPD consultations for retina patients.
• Diagnose and manage retinal disorders such as detachment, diabetic retinopathy, macular disorders, RVO, etc.
• Perform vitreo‑retinal surgeries (PPV, RD surgery, etc.).
• Perform intravitreal injections, laser treatments, OCT/FFA interpretation.
• Provide pre‑operative and post‑operative patient care.
• Coordinate with OT team and clinical staff for surgical cases.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards.
