Job summary

WSP India is seeking a transformation-focused consultant to support clients through business change, delivering projects and engaging stakeholders across multiples teams. You will contribute to change initiatives, design operating models, and support business process improvements.

The role works within the Transformation and Digital Insights team, with opportunities to impact growth and delivery across sectors in India. Hybrid working model in a global advisory context.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering project activities independently within transformation/change programmes.
• Solid understanding of project commercials and advisory commissions.
• Experience delivering in virtual multidisciplinary teams.
• Interest in transformation projects across infrastructure, utilities, defence, energy, or transportation.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills for client relationships.
• Strong digital skills including data analysis, report development, Power BI and graphics creation.

As a key member of our delivery team, you will support clients through all aspects of business change. Working closely with clients and WSP colleagues, you will contribute to impactful change initiatives, manage project tasks and play a key role in successful delivery of project outcomes.

This role also offers the unique opportunity to actively contribute to the growth strategy for Transformation at WSP. Your insights will help shape a high-performing, market-recognised advisory practice.

Qualifications

What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…

• Experience delivering project activities independently but under direction as part of transformation or change programmes, with a focus on organisational design, change management, comms & engagement and/or training development and delivery.
• Hands‑on experience supporting advisory commissions, including project management elements and a solid foundational understanding of project commercials.
• Experience in delivering in virtual multidisciplinary teams.
• A passion for contributing to transformation projects across our key sectors such as infrastructure, utilities, defence, energy, or transportation, with ambitions to grow and develop.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Strong digital skills, ideally in data analysis, report development, Power BI, AI (agent creation) and graphics creation.
• An interest in supporting business development activities and expanding your expertise in this area.
• A practical interest in problem‑solving and change methodologies, with relevant qualifications in Management Consulting or Change Management preferable.
