Job summary

Genpact is seeking an Associate Consultant-ERC to join its risk advisory practice in India. The role involves supporting delivery of risk assessments, preparing client reports, and researching regulatory trends to help clients strengthen controls.

You will collaborate with consultants on project execution, ensuring data outputs are accurate and consistent, and contribute to enterprise risk initiatives within a fast-moving, AI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degrees in Economics, Finance or Statistics.
• Masters degree in Business Administration or Risk Management.
• Certifications in security or IT controls are preferred.
