Job summary

YASH Technologies is seeking an SAP Supply Chain Analyst – Procure to Pay to join our Global Capability Center. You will work on Direct Procurement, SAP MM configurations, and SAP Business Network (Ariba) collaboration, supporting a large manufacturing environment.

The role requires 5+ years of SAP SCM experience, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication. You will join a growing team focusing on ECC to S4 transformations and tactical enhancements in a fast-paced, global setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years practical experience supporting and configuring SAP Supply Chain areas, specifically MM – for Direct Procurement.
• Experience with special procurement processes (subcontracting, vendor consignment).
• Strong cross-modular knowledge of integration points between procurement, logistics and finance.
• Experience delivering SAP solutions in Procure to Pay and leading system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support Direct Procurement and SAP Business Network (Ariba) SCM functionalities.
• Configure SAP MM Procure to Pay processes and master data updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver SAP solutions.
• Lead design, build, test and deployment of new SAP functionality and enhancements.
• Ensure 24/7 support readiness for a global organization.

SAP Supply Chain Analyst – Procure to Pay

About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our SAP team in the Global Capability Center supporting our Global Operations business as an analyst for Direct Procurement and SAP Business Network (Ariba) Supply Chain Collaboration functionalities. As a global organization, it is vital that we keep our supply chain systems running efficiently, and this position is critical to our success. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to build out and deliver system improvements in line with business strategy and objectives as well as support day‑to‑day operations and resolve incidents. The role requires a person with strong SAP functional knowledge across all areas of direct procurement, able to deliver transformation and improvements within a large‑scale manufacturing business. The role will suit an aspiring consultant who can demonstrate deep commitment to end‑users, strong technical curiosity, and excellent communication skills. You would be joining an established team of SAP analysts who have a pipeline of interesting and challenging project activities across ECC to S4 transformation, acquisitions and tactical enhancements. The work will be fast paced, but in a supportive environment with lots of opportunities to learn and develop.

Responsibilities & Competency

• 5+ years practical experience supporting and configuring SAP Supply Chain areas, specifically MM – for Direct Procurement.
• Specific knowledge across special procurement processes (subcontracting, vendor consignment)
• Strong cross-modular knowledge and understanding of integration points between procurement, logistics and finance.
• Proven track record of using SAP to deliver change in the Procure to Pay area on time and to the expected quality and can:
• map business requirements to standard SAP processes with minimal customizations
• Identify opportunities to optimize within the current system configurations via process adherence, change management, or improved data.
• Participate in requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment of new SAP solutions
• Prioritization of system enhancements, ensuring initiatives remain aligned to business objectives of the Supply Chain leadership.
• Experienced with the 24/7 support requirements associated with operating a global organization.
• Experienced with support of integrations with internal and external applications.
• Confident with SAP master data objects related to MM-Procurement and experienced with performing master data updates with tools like LSMW
• Capable of delivering training to business users as needed on Supply Chain SAP processes and reporting

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor’s /Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences and/or Business Administration.
