Job summary

Bristlecone is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP developer with 6–9 years of hands-on experience to join our SAP practice in India. The role focuses on ABAP, OOABAP, RAP, CDS Views, and SAP Fiori applications, with a solid understanding of S/4HANA and extensibility.

OData services and Fiori/UI5 integration are key areas, with BRIM exposure a plus. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills are essential to diagnose production issues and implement robust solutions within SAP

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong expertise in ABAP, OOABAP, RAP, and CDS Views.
• Experience in developing and supporting SAP Fiori applications.
• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and extensibility.
• Experience with OData services and Fiori/UI5 integration.
• Exposure to SAP BRIM is nice to have
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and enhancement activities using ABAP, OOABAP, RAP, and CDS as required. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, defects, and performance issues related to ABAP, RAP, CDS Views, and OData services.
• Handle application maintenance activities, enhancements, bug fixes, and change requests.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams for solution design and implementation.
• Ensure adherence to SAP development standards and best practices
