Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on IBP experience
• IBP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – IBP)
• Strong knowledge of demand, supply, inventory planning
• Experience integrating IBP with ECC/S4HANA
• Proficiency in data modeling and data loading techniques
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Travel up to 30% may be required

Responsibilities

Bristlecone India Limiteds SAP Planning – Delivery team is looking for a skilled SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant to partner with business stakeholders, translate requirements into robust IBP solutions, configure and implement modules, and provide ongoing enhancements and support. The role offers exposure to end‑to‑end supply chain transformation initiatives across diverse industries.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to gather and analyze planning and supply chain requirements.
• Design end‑to‑end SAP IBP solution architectures aligned with client objectives.
• Configure IBP modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP.
• Lead implementation activities including data load, model setup, and integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
• Develop and execute test scripts, conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Create functional and technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge‑transfer sessions.

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best‑practice frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• SAP IBP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – IBP).
• Strong knowledge of demand, supply, and inventory planning processes.
• Experience integrating IBP with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Proficiency in data modeling, master data management, and data loading techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi‑disciplinary delivery team.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for client engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and SAP Activate framework.
