Job summary

Bristlecone is seeking an Associate Consultant to join its SAP IBP practice in India. You will work with clients to understand their business needs and implement tailored SAP IBP Inventory Optimization solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, configuring SAP IBP solutions, testing, post-implementation support, and mentoring junior teammates while traveling to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in SAP IBP Inventory Optimization implementation and consulting.
• Strong knowledge of SAP IBP functionality, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization modules.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough business process analysis and requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their inventory optimization needs.
• Design and configure SAP IBP Inventory Optimization solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions.
• Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP IBP Inventory Optimization.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
• Document and maintain project-related artifacts, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP IBP and inventory optimization technologies, and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and expertise to enhance their skills and growth.
• Act as a liaison between the client and the development team, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise and contributing to proposal development.
