You\u2019ll join our CRM program ensuring the expanded Salesforce platform at TU is a global, consistent operating platform for our Sales and Services users. You\u2019ll work with our Salesforce Business Leads and the Enterprise Architecture to help shape the vision of what such a platform should look like, how it should interact with our other backend systems, and how to manage such a platform for success. In addition, you\u2019ll ensure operating model adherence and make adjustments to the model as necessary to ensure the business user community is adequately supported. What You\'ll Bring

• Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in CPQ development and implementation, with a strong focus on Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or other CPQ platforms such as Apttus, Oracle CPQ, or PROS.
• Design and develop scalable CPQ solutions to meet business requirements.
• Develop and configure product catalogs, pricing rules, discount structures, and approval workflows within the CPQ platform.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CPQ system by implementing robust validation and error-handling mechanisms.
• Experience in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
• Experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
• Work closely with the Business team to understand their needs and provide technical expertise and guidance.
• Collaborate with other developers and architects to design and implement CPQ enhancements and integrations.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
