You’ll join our CRM program ensuring the expanded Salesforce platform at TU is a global, consistent operating platform for our Sales and Services users. You’ll work with our Salesforce Business Leads and the Enterprise Architecture to help shape the vision of what such a platform should look like, how it should interact with our other backend systems, and how to manage such a platform for success. In addition, you’ll ensure operating model adherence and make adjustments to the model as necessary to ensure the business user community is adequately supported. Responsibilities
  • Join the CRM program to ensure the Salesforce platform is a global, consistent operating platform for Sales and Services users.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Business Leads and Enterprise Architecture to shape the platform vision, interactions with backend systems, and management strategies for success.
  • Ensure operating model adherence and adjust the model as necessary to support the business user community.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and capabilities within the CRM program and platform.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in CPQ development and implementation, with a strong focus on Salesforce CPQ.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ or other CPQ platforms such as Apttus, Oracle CPQ, or PROS.
  • Design and develop scalable CPQ solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and configure product catalogs, pricing rules, discount structures, and approval workflows within the CPQ platform.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CPQ system by implementing robust validation and error-handling mechanisms.
  • Experience in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
  • Experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
  • Work closely with the Business team to understand their needs and provide technical expertise and guidance.
  • Collaborate with other developers and architects to design and implement CPQ enhancements and integrations.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

You will continue to evolve the functionality and capabilities provided through the platform to our Customer Operations groups. You will bring expertise to the table to help evolve the operating model of the development team and provide guidance on Salesforce capabilities to the business community.
