Qualifikationen

• MBA from Tier I/II institutes.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain consulting or industry.
• Experience with Big 4 / leading consulting firms preferred.
• Hands-on in Demand/Supply Planning, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain process understanding.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead and deliver supply chain transformation engagements across planning / sourcing / manufacturing domains
• Drive process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives for clients
• Work closely with client leadership to define supply chain strategies and roadmaps
• Lead diagnostics, solution design, and implementation of supply chain best practices
• Manage client relationships and act as trusted advisor on supply chain matters
• Oversee project delivery, timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment
• Mentor and guide team members
• Support business development efforts including proposals, client pitches, and solutioning
