Job summary

Wsne Consulting in Bengaluru is seeking a Consultant Regional Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) to support supplier performance, procurement operations, and data‑driven decision making. The role collaborates with procurement teams, suppliers, operations and business stakeholders to improve governance and drive continuous improvement across global procurement environments.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of overall experience with 4-5 years in Sourcing & Procurement / SRM
• Strong experience in Supplier Relationship Management and Supplier Performance Management
• Experience in global procurement environments, preferably Pharma, MedTech, FMCG/CPG
• Exposure to multi-BU/global operating models and cross-functional stakeholder management
• Experience supporting local/regional sourcing or plant procurement activities
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Ariba, Oracle, or similar ERP/procurement platforms
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and experience with Power BI/Tableau
• Experience working with supplier performance dashboards, tracking tools, and reporting systems
• Ability to analyze data and convert findings into actionable business insights
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, coordination, and influencing skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Supplier Performance Management activities and supplier engagement
• Monitor supplier performance, operational metrics, SLAs, and KPIs
• Support supplier governance, reporting, issue tracking, escalation, and resolution
• Coordinate effectively between procurement, operations, suppliers, and business stakeholders
• Support supply continuity through proactive supplier monitoring and engagement
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and supplier-driven innovation
• Provide operational and data-driven support to address supplier and procurement challenges
• Develop and maintain supplier performance dashboards, reports, and tracking mechanisms
• Analyze procurement and supplier data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Support digital enablement and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work across global stakeholders, multiple business units, and GCC/Procurement CoE environments

About the Role

We are looking for a Consultant Regional Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) to support supplier performance, procurement operations, operational continuity, and data-driven decision-making.

The role will work closely with procurement teams, suppliers, operations, and business stakeholders to improve supplier performance, ensure effective governance, identify operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives across global procurement environments.

• Exposure to multi-BU/global operating models and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting local/regional sourcing or plant procurement activities.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Ariba, Oracle, or similar ERP/procurement platforms.
