Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) invites applications for a Consultant – Project Research Scientist I to support the study on food delivery applications and dietary outcomes. The position is based in Delhi with responsibilities across three study sites, for a duration of one year or co-terminus with the project.

Recent studies on food consumption suggests that consumption of healthy foods and nutrients remain suboptimal, with high sodium, low whole grains, and low fruit intake all contributing to diet-related mortality and disabilities. Healthy food subsidies and unhealthy food taxes can impact dietary behaviors. This study is attempt to study the utilization of Food Delivery Application and their potential role in shaping dietary patterns and health outcomes across diverse demographic groups.
Scientist- I will be supporting the research team in executing the study and will be responsible for implementing study across three study site.
