Responsibilities

• Examine, interpret, and report histopathology, cytopathology, hematology, and clinical pathology specimens.
• Correlate laboratory findings with clinical information and provide diagnostic opinions.
• Review and validate laboratory reports before release.
• Supervise day-to-day laboratory operations and ensure timely reporting.
• Guide and mentor junior pathologists, residents, and laboratory personnel.
• Ensure NABL/NABH and applicable quality standards compliance.
• Participate in IQC, EQAS, CAPA, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain LIS/HIS systems and ensure proper documentation.
