Qualifications

• Valid NMC / State Medical Council Registration.
• Experience as a Phaco Surgeon preferred.
• Independent Cataract Surgery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and OPD consultations.
• Perform Phacoemulsification (Phaco) Cataract Surgeries independently.
• Diagnose and manage cataract, glaucoma, refractive errors, and other ophthalmic disorders.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
• Counsel patients regarding surgical procedures and treatment plans.
• Coordinate with optometrists, OT staff, and hospital management.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and surgical records.
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and quality standards.
