Job summary

Armanino India LLP in India is seeking an accounting professional to handle GL, AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness. You will respond to clients and deliver high-quality financial reporting.

The role requires 1+ year of accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office and multiple accounting software. The position is on-site in Ahmedabad, with Provident Fund and medical benefits included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related discipline or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 1+ years of accounting experience including GL, AP, AR, PR, reconciliations, financial statements and variance analysis
• Strong analytical and accounting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to set priorities and manage time; work independently or in a team with clear deadlines
• Proficient in multiple accounting software (Yardi, QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Procore, MRI, Real Page, Sage Intacct) and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accounting principles, practices, and procedures for accurate and timely financial statements
• Respond to clients as primary contact
• Handle general ledger administration, financial reporting, AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations under tight deadlines
• Deliver exceptional service on time and on budget
• Coordinate with Senior Accounting Consultants about financial close, issues and deliverables
• Utilize cloud-based accounting systems and add-ons to provide accounting services

This open position is for Armanino India LLP, which is located in India. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate andtimely financial statements
• Assume primary responsibility for responding to clients
• Address tight deadlines with a multitude of accounting activities including general ledgeradministration, financial reporting, AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations
• Deliver exceptional service on time and on budget
• Routinely communicate with Senior Accounting Consultants relating to financial close, accounting issues, and deliverables
• Leverage multiple cloud based accounting systems, and integrated add-ons, to provideaccounting services for our clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in accounting including GL, AP, AR, PR, reconciliations, financialstatements and variance analysis or relevant experience in a public accounting firm.
• Strong analytical and accounting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to set priorities and with excellent time management skills; enjoy working independentlyor in a team environment with clear deadlines and deliverables
• Well versed and certified in multiple accounting software including Yardi, QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Procore, MRI, Real Page, or Sage Intacct; able to shift from one to another.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
