Flexing It is seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive for our Gurgaon-based operations to manage MIS reports and dashboards, leverage advanced Excel skills, and ensure accurate data flow across teams. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, track timelines, maintain records, and deliver timely summaries to management during a 6-month onsite engagement.

• Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Manage large datasets, perform data analysis, and ensure accuracy of information.
• Work on MS Excel with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data validation, and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments to collect, consolidate, and validate data.
• Liaise with external vendors for operational requirements, documentation, follow-ups, and deliverables.
• Track project timelines, operational activities, pending tasks, and deliverables.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of action items.
• Maintain records, databases, trackers, and documentation in an organized manner.
• Identify discrepancies in reports and proactively highlight issues or delays.
• Support management with periodic reports, data summaries, and other operational requirements.

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and organised MIS Executive with strong MS Excel skills, data management capabilities, and good coordination abilities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining MIS reports, tracking operational activities, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and ensuring timely and accurate information flow across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Manage large datasets, perform data analysis, and ensure accuracy and consistency of information.
• Work extensively on MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data validation, and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments to collect, consolidate, and validate data.
• Liaise with external vendors for operational requirements, documentation, follow-ups, and timely deliverables.
• Track project timelines, operational activities, pending tasks, and deliverables.
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely closure of action items.
• Maintain records, databases, trackers, and documentation in an organised manner.
