Chryselys is seeking a Master Data Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical delivery teams on a global Master Data Management and Analytics programme. Qualifications

• 5–7 years of BA experience on data, MDM, or analytics projects.
• Able to translate between business and technical stakeholders.
• Practical experience with data migration and SIT/UAT testing.
• Familiar with agile tools such as Jira and structured delivery methodologies.
• Exposure to commercial, sales, or CRM-driven environments where data supports decisions.
• Life sciences/pharma industry experience is compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current-state processes and data, gather and document business requirements, and align with global product/platform design.
• Serve as a liaison between business affiliates, programme teams, and technical/development teams — explaining capabilities to each audience.
• Define and validate data migration requirements, support data quality checks, and assist with cutover planning and execution.
• Support system and user acceptance testing (SIT/UAT) — help write test scripts, coordinate test execution, and triage issues.
• Support deployment activities, post-launch validation, and early-life support, including issue resolution and documentation for handover to operations.
• Track the impact of platform changes on existing configurations, flag risks early, and contribute lessons learned to improve future rollouts.

Role Summary

We're looking for a Master Data Business Analyst to act as the connective tissue between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams on a global Master Data Management and Analytics programme. This person will help translate business needs into clear requirements, support local teams in aligning with the global solution design, and help drive projects through testing, go-live and into steady-state operations. It's a great role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, business process and stakeholder management, and who wants to build deeper delivery experience on a large, multi-market programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements & Design: Analyse current-state processes and data, gather and document business requirements, and help ensure local needs stay aligned with the global product/platform design.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between business affiliates, programme teams, and technical/development teams — explaining system capabilities and processes in terms each audience understands.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst on data, MDM, or analytics-focused implementation projects
• Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders, and able to translate between the two
• Practical experience with data migration and/or system testing (SIT/UAT)
• Familiarity with agile tools such as Jira, and working within structured delivery methodologies
• Exposure to commercial, sales, or CRM-driven environments where data and analytics support business decisions is a plus
• Life sciences/pharma industry experience is compulsory.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving problems
